| Function Description | The expression levels of CCAT1 were significantly upregulated in NPC tissues compared with normal nasopharyngeal epithelial tissues. CCAT1 expression was also higher in SUNE-1 and C666-1 cells compared with NP69 cells. Furthermore, the knockdown of CCAT1 was indicated to inhibit growth, migration and invasion, and induce apoptosis in NPC cells. |
