| Function Description | To validate the expression, we performed semiquantitative RT-PCR of 9 lncRNAs with a new set of 8 paired PTC samples. The RT-PCR results confirmed the RNA-Seq results with respect to the up or down direction of the gene expression in PTC. All the 9 lncRNAs showed significant differential expression in tumors. |
