Cancer&Entry Information
Cancer Name | colorectal cancer |
ICD-0-3 | C19.9 |
Methods | qPCR, RNAi, RIP |
Sample | colorectal tumor tissues, cell lines (SW480, SW620, HCT116, Caco-2, DLD-1, and HT29) |
Expression Pattern | up-regulated |
Function Description | A novel lincRNA termed upregulated in CRC (UCC) was found to be highly expressed in human CRC tissues and cell lines.UCC levels correlated with lymph node metastasis, Dukes??tage, and patient outcomes. Moreover, mechanistic investigations showed that UCC may act as an endogenous sponge by competing for miR-143, thereby regulating the targets of this miRNA. |
