Function Description | amiRNA UCA1-MALAT1 could inhibit the expression of both MALAT1 RNA and UCA1 RNA in T24 and 5637. The numbers of apoptotic cells were dramatically elevated when cells were treated with amiRNA UCA1-MALAT1. A decreased cell motility was observed after transfection of amiRNA UCA1-MALAT1.To silence protein-coding mRNA, each of the two different RNAi sequences of c-Myc (shRNA-MYC and shRNA-MYC#) was used to replace the mature-miR-30 encoding region of the pre-miR-30 scaffold. |
