| Function Description | UCA1 was significantly upregulated in K562/IM and K562/IM-R cells compared with K562 cells, and UCA1 in K562/IM cells was higher than that in K562/IM-R cells. Overexpression of UCA1 increased MDR1 expression to promote IM resistance of CML cells. Furthermore, for the first time, we demonstrated that UCA1 functions as a competitive endogenous (ceRNA) of MDR1 through completely binding the common miR-16. |
