| Function Description | We selected the top 3 up- and down-regulated lncRNAs and another random 4 differentially expressed lncRNAs and measured their expression in 55 pairs of PTC and corresponding noncancerous thyroid tissues using qRT-PCR. These qRT-PCR results are consistent with the microarray data. |
