Function Description | In the EOC specimens and cell lines, TP73-AS1 was identified to be significantly up-regulated. EOC patients with high TP73-AS1 expression had poor survival rate. TP73-AS1 promoted the proliferation, invasion and reduced the apoptosis of EOC cells in vitro.And, the knockdown of TP73-AS1 inhibited the tumor growth in vivo. TP73-AS1 epigenetically repressed p21 via recruiting EZH2. |
