Function Description | Furthermore, rescue assays demonstrated that co-transfection of pcDNA3.1/SMURF1 reversed the effects of SNHG3 knockdown in cell proliferation, migration, EMT process and cell apoptosis. SNHG3 also promoted tumorigenesis in vivo.
