Function Description | We randomly selected three lncRNAs that were significantly up-regulated in tumors compared with normal tissues according to the above RNA-Seq data analysis for experimental validation (SNHG15, MAFG-AS1 and SLCO4A1-AS1). In agreement with these findings, the q-PCR results confirmed the changes in expression patterns for the three lncRNAs in all eight CRC cell lines. |
