| Function Description | SNHG14 expression was remarkably higher in ovarian cancer tissues than that of corresponding normal tissues.SNHG14 expression was associated with patients' overall survival time as well. After SNHG14 was silenced in ovarian cancer cells, cell proliferation, migration, and invasion were remarkably inhibited.In addition, the expression of miR-219a-5p was significantly up-regulated after the silence of SNHG14. miR-219a-5p was a direct target of SNHG14 in ovarian cancer. |
