Function Description | RP11-385J1.2 and TUBA4B were the most markedly changed of these candidate lncRNAs from 90 NSCLC and normal lung tissue samples. As shown in Fig. 4, RP11-385J1.2 expression in NSCLC was significantly higher than in the adjacent tissues, while TUBA4B expression in NSCLC was significantly lower than in the adjacent tissues. |
