| Function Description | The lncRNAs (INK4 Locus) ANRIL, H19, PCAT-1 indicated low expression. Moreover, ANRIL expression was similar to H19 in the glioblastoma cell lines. These lncRNAs showed a significant decrease 5.3, 5.3, 2.3 fold in GBM cell lines, respectively (Fig. 1b). These findings showed that PCAT-1, ANRIL, H19 could inhibit GBM cell proliferation, invasion and migration. |
