| Function Description | PANDAR was highly expressed in OSCC tissues and cell lines (P < 0.05) and its high expression level was found to be closely associated with advanced TNM stage (P = 0.004) and positive distant metastasis (P = 0.001). Furthermore, overall survival rate of OSCC patients with high PANDAR expression was poorer than patients with low PANDAR expression (P < 0.001). Cox proportional hazards model analysis showed that expression level of PANDAR can be used as an independent prognostic indicator for OSCC. Functionally, knockdown of PANDAR can inhibit proliferation, invasion, and migration of OSCC cells. |
