| Function Description | Our results demonstrate that lncRNA NONHSAT129183 is upregulated in human PTC tissues when compared with that in adjacent noncancerous thyroid tissue. Moreover, its expression is correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage in PTC patients. lncRNA NONHSAT129183 silencing also significantly suppressed cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in PTC cell lines. |
