| Function Description | To validate the results of the microarray, we chose a total of 7 differentially expressed lncRNA transcripts for RT-qPCR. The RT-qPCR results were consistent with that of the microarray, in that all 7 lncRNA transcripts were differentially expressed with the same trend (upregulated or downregulated) and reached statistical significance. |
