Function Description | The expression of BC029135 in CRC tissues and cell lines was significantly lower than in adjacent normal tissues. Low BC029135 level in CRS tissues was sig-nificantly associated with a more advanced TNM stage (p = 0.031) and a higher risk of lymph node (p = 0.018) and distant metastases (p=0.034). In addition, overexpression of lncRNA BC029135 could inhibit the invasion of CRC cells. These results indicated that lncRNA BC029135 up-reg-ulation suppresses CRC cell growth and invasion through inhibiting Wnt/?-catenin pathway. |
