| Function Description | Importantly, MIR205HG was upregulated in LUSC clinical samples as well as in LUSC cell lines. Interestingly, our results demonstrated that the expression level of MIR205HG is positively correlated with the malignancy. In addition, MIR205HG is required for LUSC cell growth and cell migration. Most importantly, our results showed that MIR205HG prohibits LUSC apoptosis via regulating Bcl-2 and Bax. |
