| Function Description | Surprisingly, we found both pcDNA3.1-BANCR and baicalein significantly upregulated BANCR expression, downregulated the protein expressions of both B-catenin and p-JNK, and finally resulted in significantly attenuated cell viability. These results demonstrated that baicalein probably somehow promoted the BANCR expression which negatively regulated Wnt signaling transduction, thus suppressing the viability of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells. |
