| Function Description | We found that primary tumours in GBM displaying tumour progression were characterized by increased MEG3, HOTAIR expression levels. The lncRNAs MEG3, HOTAIR showed high expressions. These lncRNAs showed a significant increased 5.3, 2.4, fold in GBM cell lines, respectively. |
