Function Description | We selected three lncRNAs, snaR, BACE1AS, and PRAS, and we detected their expression by RT-qPCR using specific primer sets. SnaR and BACE1AS were significantly down-regulated in both resistant cell lines (SNU-C4R and SNU-C5R), whereas PRAS was down-regulated in SNU-C4R cells but not in SNU-C5R cells. Down-regulation of snaR decreased cell death after 5-FU treatment, which indicates that snaR loss decreases in vitro sensitivity to 5-FU. |
