| Function Description | We observed that three lncRNAs, MALAT1 , H19 , and CUDR , could be clinically useful as biomarkers for LC-MPE diagnosis. Moreover, the combination of MALAT1 and CEA provided higher sensitivity and accuracy in predicting LC-MPE than CEA alone. In addition, our study also found that lung cancer patients with high relative expression levels of MALAT1 in the pleural fluid were cor related with chemotherapy resistance. |
