| Function Description | Here we show that the long noncoding RNA MALAT1 was upregulated in human neuroblastoma cell lines under hypoxic conditions. Up-regulation of MALAT1 in neuroblastoma cells under hypoxic conditions stimulates endothelial cell migration, invasion and vasculature formation. |
