| Function Description | Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was able to induce fever and systemic inflammatory responses in 4T1 xenograft mice, and promote lung metastasis. But after knocking down lncRNA MALAT1, the inflammatory responses and metastasis of lung were significantly reduced. Moreover, after knocking down lncRNA MALAT1 in the 4T1 cells, TNF-? level in the supernatants was sharply decreased, and the invasion and migration induced by LPS was also weakened. |
