| Function Description | LUNAR1 in tumor was significantly higher the normal. In cancerous tissues, LUNAR1 expression was at a level higher than that of normal specimens, with the median level of 0.756 compared with normal counterparts. The higher expression of LUNAR1 was significantly correlated with stage, rituximab and IPI. Further experiments revealed that LUNAR1 knockdown significantly repressed cell proliferation of DLBCL by regulating E2F1, cyclin D1 and p21. |
