| Function Description | LUCAT1 expression was much higher in prostate cancer samples than controls.Besides, LUCAT1 expression was correlated with the overall survival of prostate cancer patients.LUCAT1 overexpression promoted in vitro migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells.In addition, the mRNA and protein expression of KISS1 were downregulated after LUCAT1 overexpression.Furthermore, the expression level of KISS1 was negatively related to the expression level of LUCAT1 in prostate cancer tissues.LUCAT1 could enhance migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells by regulating KISS1. |
