| Function Description | MALAT1, DLX6-AS1 and LOC100131320 were found in the microarray to be overexpressed in ACC. This was confirmed by qRT-PCR in the validation cohort, with these lncRNAs also overexpressed. CREM and PRINS expression was down-regulated in ACC by microarray and also by qRT-PCR. |
