| Function Description | We found that ASHGA5P022276, ASHGA5P029774, ASHGA5P028603, ASHGA5P014632, ASHGA5P043753, ASHGA5P036884, ASHGA5P016768, ASHGA5P032173, ASHGA5P051732 and ASHGA5P014130 were upregulated, and ASHGA5P055771, ASHGA5P044524, ASHGA5P039672, ASHGA5P017734 and ASHGA5P018902 were downregulated in the PDAC samples compared with adjacent non-tumor samples. Thus, the results from the qRT-PCR analysis and the microarray data analysis were consistent. |
