| Function Description | lncBRM expression was signifcantly increased in OC tissues. Upregulation of lncBRM expression was correlated with histological grade, FIGO stages, lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis of patients with OC. Functional assays showed that lncBRM positively regulated cell proliferation, migration and invasion in OC. Moreover, lncBRM upregulated Sox4 by competitively binding miR-204. Together, lncBRM functions as an oncogene in OC and can be a promising therapeutic target for OC treatment. |
