| Function Description | We observed that decreased lnc00462717 expression was associated with the malignant status in glioma. In vitro experiment demonstrated that lnc00462717 overexpression suppressed glioma cell proliferation, survival and migration while knockdown of lnc00462717 had an opposite result. Moreover, we identified MDM2 as a direct target of lnc00462717 and lnc00462717 played a role by partially regulating the MDM2/MAPK pathway. |
