| Function Description | LINP1 expression was identified to be upregulated in CC cells compared with human cervical epithelial cell lines (HUCEC). Besides, inhibition of KLF2 and PRSS8 could reversed the inhibitory effect on cell proliferation resulted from LINP1 suppression. In short, LINP1 aggravated the progression of CC by suppressing KLF2 and PRSS8, which might provide a promising target for CC treatment. |
