Function Description | Compared with immortalized MCF10A breast epithelial cells, lncRNA-ROR was highly expressed in MCF7 (nonresistant) and MDA-MB-231 (drug-resistant) cell lines. The lncRNA-ROR level was strongly elevated in the MDA-MB-231 cell line as compared to the MCF7 cell line, indicating that lncRNA-ROR can be involved in the development of breast cancer. |
