Function Description | In this work, we found that X-ray irradiation or hypoxia treatment elevated lincRNA-p21 expression in SMMC7721 hepatoma and U251MG glioma cells.High lincRNA-p21 levels were associated with poor cancer-specific survival in patients. F.. However, tumor cells can express a wide range of transcription factors, such as hypoxia-inducible factor-1a (HIF-1a).found that LincRNA-p21 was downregulated in non-small-cell lung cancer tissue, but no association was observed with TP53 mutational status. |
