| Function Description | LINC01385 expression was significantly increased NPC and correlated with advanced clinical features and poor prognosis. Function assays showed that knockdown of LINC01385 expression reduced the proliferation and invasion abilities of NPC cells in vitro. In mechanism, LINC01385 acted as a molecular sponge of miR-140-3p in NPC cells, Twist1 mRNA was validated as a direct target of miR-140-3p in NPC cells. |
