The downregulated of LINC00460 expression increased cell proliferation by regulating the cell cycles of SW620 and HCT116 cells. The database for the methylation of human cancer genes, MethHC, revealed that methylation might play a critical role in the regulation of LINC00460 expression in COAD. |
