Elevated level of LINC00265 is correlated with lymph node metastases and advanced pathological stage.LINC00265 knockdown impaired cell proliferation and invasion, promoted cell cycle distribution and apoptosis in HT29 cells. Moreover, Western blot analysis revealed that downregulation of LINC00265 suppressed the expression of EGFR. |
