| Function Description | We selected two upregulated lncRNAs (LINC00152 and CASC9) that were reported to be upregulated in other cancers, and two mostly downregulated lncRNAs (LINC00226 and F11-AS1) for further validation in PDAC cell lines and the normal cell line HPDE. LINC00226 expression was downregulated in 10 cell lines compared with HPDE cells. |
