Function Description | Collectively, these findings demonstrate the critical role of lnc00152 in tumor growth and progression in CRC, and identify a novel therapeutic target associated with CRC development and progression. Kaplan?Meyer overall survival curves display higher lnc00152 levels in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) with lower survival times (log?rank test, P=0.047). However, further clarifications of the systemic correlation between miRNAs and lncRNAs are required. |
