| Function Description | It was observed that the levels of ZNFX1-AS1 and HULC in the plasma of preoperative patients were markedly higher compared with those in the plasma of GIST patients, gastritis/peptic ulcer patients and healthy control subjects, while no significant difference was detected among these three groups. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was also conducted to distinguish gastric cancer patients from healthy control subjects. The area under the curve was 0.85 and 0.65 for ZNFX1-AS1 and HULC, respectively. In conclusion, the results indicated that the lncRNAs ZNFX1-AS1 and HULC are promising in the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer. |
