| Function Description | HOXD AS2 was increased in glioma cells and it was associated with glioma grade and poor prognosis. Loss of HOXD AS2 can inhibit glioma cell growth by inducing cell cycle G1 arrest in vitro. The proliferation of glioma was inhibited followed by knocking down the expression of HOXD AS2 not only in subcutaneous injection model but also in orthotopic implantation model. |
