| Function Description | Lower lncRNA HOTAIRM1 expressions were observed in the HCC tissues than those of the paracancerous tissues. Overexpression of HOTAIRM1 led to decreased proliferative ability and increased apoptosis of HepG2 and HHCC cells. Notably, our finding demonstrated that the survival time of HCC patients with low lncRNA HOTAIRM1 expression was significantly reduced compared with those of high expression group. |
