| Function Description | To further validate whether the reported HOTAIR has potential role in predict the prognosis in patients with digestive system cancer, we conducted an independent validation set including 71 gastric cancer cases by the method of qRT-PCR. For overall survival, patients with high HOTAIR expression had a significantly worse prognosis than those with low HOTAIR expression, which was consistent with the results of meta-analysis. |
