| Function Description | HIT000218960 and HMGA2 were highly expressed in GC tissues compared with in healthy tissues. In addition, HIT000218960 and HMGA2 were positively correlated in GC tissues.The HIT000218960 expression level was associated with tumor size, Tumor-Node-Metastasis staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with GC.HIT000218960 silencing decreased the proliferative and migratory ability of HGC27 and NCI-N87 cells; however, HMGA2 overexpression partly reversed this inhibitory effect. |
