| Function Description | The RT-qPCR results demonstrated that, compared with cisplatin-sensitive ovarian cancer tissues, Enst0000435726, Enst00000585612, Enst00000566734, Enst00000453783, NR_023915 and RP11_697E22.2 were markedly upregulated in cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer tissues; however, uc010jub.1 and tcons_00008505 were notably downregulated. The expression patterns of these eight dysregulated lncRNAs in cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer cells, compared with the cisplatin-sensitive ovarian cancer cells, appeared concordant with the results from the tissue samples. |
