| Function Description | To validate the microarray results, we randomly selected 6 differentially expressed lncRNAs (TCONS_00026506, ENST00000468960, NR_038990, ENST00000575202, ENST00000539009 and ENST00000544591) between CRR-HCT116 and parental HCT116 cells to confirm their expression levels by qPCR. Changes in lncRNA expression are involved in 5-FU-based CRR in CRC cells. |
