| Function Description | To confirm the microarray data, we selected 97 dysregulated lncRNAs from the microarray analysis of 22 pediatric AML samples and 20 control samples using qRT-PCR. Our data revealed that the lncRNA expression profile in pediatric AML was significantly different from normal controls. A total of 24 lncRNAs were confirmed to be dysregulated in pediatric AML |
