| Function Description | Next, we analyzed nine lncRNAs and their adjacent mRNAs levels to explore whether differently expressed lncRNAs in GBM affected the expressions of nearby coding genes. Analysis by qRT-PCR showed that four mRNAs adjacent to the increased lncRNAs were up-regulated, while five mRNAs adjacent to the decreased lncRNAs were down-regulated in GBM. |
