Function Description | The expressions of ENST00000559148 and n410783 lncRNAs were up-regulated; the levels of CDC20, CDC25C, CCNB2, and CDC45 mRNAs that were co-expressed with ENST00000559148 were increased; and the down-regulated ARRB1, PTPN5, MAPK8IP3, and PAK1 mRNAs and the up-regulated CDK4 mRNA were co-expressed with n410783. The expression levels of eight mRNAs that were co-expressed with two down-regulated lncRNAs (ENST00000532691 and ENST00000480032) in GBM were lower than those in normal brain tissues. |
