Function Description | Six lncRNAs (RP11-58D2.1, lincRNA-ZNF532, AP000221.1, CTC-338M12.5, CR619813, DDX6P) were selected to validate the microarray consistency by using qPCR. The results demonstrated that RP11-58D2.1, lincRNA-ZNF532 and AP000221.1 were upregulated and that CTC-338M12.5, DDX6P and CR619813 were downregulated in the SW1990/GZ cells compared with SW1990 cells. |
