| Function Description | In pancreatic cancer, DANCR was up-regulated while miR-135a was down-regulated. The over-expression of DANCR promoted the proliferation and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells. A negative relationship was found between DANCR and miR-135a expression. Moreover, we found that miR-135a reversed the effects of DANCR in the promoting of pancreatic cancer cells, which was achieved by regulating the downstream protein of NLRP3. The correlations among DANCR, miR-135a and NLRP3 were confirmed in animal experiments. |
