| Function Description | The expression of DANCR in ESCC tissues and ESCC cells was significantly higher compared with that in the adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05). Furthermore, cell proliferation, migration and invasion were significantly suppressed by knock-down mediated down-regulation of DANCR expression. On the contrary, cell apoptosis was promoted by silencing of DANCR. |
